Accessible via the online ordering service configuration page, the At the table orders configuration takes into account orders made online for consumption in the dining room. These are usually done on a tablet or via the mobile application for customers already on site.
Access the configuration of the at the table orders
- Access to the configuration of services is via the general navigation menu, under the Configurations tab.
- Select Order online and you will have access to the general configuration of the online ordering service as well as to the order types via the platform.
- From the top navigation bar, select At the table .
Tables
- In this section, add the table numbers that will be available for ordering.
- The numbers must match the numbers assigned on your POS.
General configuration
Edit the average order preparation and reception times, the service charges and the minimum amount for an online order.
Opening hours
Create and edit the online ordering service opening days and hours at the table in this section. Outside of these hours, the at the table ordering service will be disabled. These hours do not constitute the opening hours of the restaurant; only the hours of availability of the order at the table.
- For each day, add a time slot if necessary by clicking on the + button.
- You can add more than one time slot for the same day.
- Select the hours of operation from the drop-down menus.
Notifications
You can receive notifications by the method of your choice. These notifications allow you to count your sales, print your orders and keep a history of your orders.
- To receive notifications, enter the desired number (s) and / or email address (es).
- SMS notifications - Receive notifications when there is an order. To activate this feature a charge of $ 0.01 USD / message will be applied.
- Email notifications - Add emails to receive a copy of the order confirmation.
Click Save when your configurations are complete.
