Marketing tools: Use marketing to build customer loyalty

When your menu is complete, your POS synchronized and your ordering service launched, you can maximize the reach of your iShopFood platform and thus build customer loyalty and increase their average bill. This explanatory video will introduce you to the various marketing tools offered by iShopFood.

  1. Apply labels to your products.
Labels are used to identify products on your menu, much like a sticker that tells the cashier which products on a grocery store are on sale. These labels will tell the system which products, extras or combo products will or will not be affected by the promotions you create.

  2. Create promotions .
You can create up to four types of promotions that will be applied to your labeled products.

  3. Display your promotions thanks to the promotional pop-up .
This pop up appears when the user arrives on your menu. As a result, you will be able to communicate with your customers to keep them informed of promotions or important events within your company.

  4. Activate upselling .
Activate the upselling pop-up and suggest products to your visitors to increase your sales. The recommendations work as much at the beginning (starters, main courses and side dishes) as at the end of the order (desserts, extras, wines and liquors).

  5. Sales , reports and statistics
Your sales information is a great source of clues for building your marketing plan and promoting successfully.

  6. Newsletter
Open an account on Mailchimp for free and export your customers' information to build mailing lists. You will be able to send them professional-quality newsletters effortlessly.
