The iShopFood promotional pop-up allows you to display your promotions in a personalized pop-up when the user arrives at the online ordering interface.
Create a promotional pop-up
- To access the promotional pop-up management page, click on the Promotional pop-up link in the Marketing tools tab. The pop-up can only be created for a branch, not for the entire company.
- In the pop-up management page, create a new pop-up by clicking on Add .
- Check the box to activate the pop-up display.
- Enter the requested information and add a French version if necessary by clicking on Manage translations .
- Configure the position of the pop-up image, then download the necessary file (jpg or png, 300 x 770 pixels in vertical format, 600 x 400 pixels in horizontal format).
- You can rely on the preview to the right to see what your pop-up will look like online. Note that the preview to the right is for informational purposes only and does not take into account the personalization of your online order.
- In the Promotions configuration section, select the current promotions that will be displayed on your promotional pop-up by clicking on them.
- Click on Save .
- You can add a pop-up by clicking Add . Note that only one pop-up is active at a time and that the promotional pop-up takes precedence and replaces any message at the entrance of the application, including personalized suggestions.
Edit / delete a promotional pop-up
- To modify a promotional pop-up, select it from the list and make the necessary modifications.
- Click on Save .
- To remove a promotional pop-up, select it from the list and click Remove this pop-up at the bottom right of the screen.
