Upsell pop-ups allow you to suggest products to your customers. These pop-ups can be visible at the start of the ordering (starters, main courses and side dishes) or at the end of the order (desserts, extras, wines and liquors).
Please note: The sales pop-up cannot be activated at the same time as another pop-up ( example: Promotional pop-up ).
Setting-up upselling
- The Upsell Management page can be found in the Marketing Tool tab of the desired branch.
- Choose the recommendation module for the desired moment (upon arrival on the platform at or end of order).
Manual module: Offer specific products yourself.
AI mode: Let artificial intelligence offer products according to the selected categories. - To select a product, click on the desired item in the list on the left to highlight it, then use the arrows to move it to the list on the right.
- Activate the extra recommendation and the end-of-order recommendation as needed by following the same process above.
- Click Save to complete your configuration.
