The customer is unable to complete their order, or the online ordering interface indicates that it is closed.


On your website or order page

  1. If the command interface is on your website, check if it is functioning normally. Also check that your branch's internet connection is on.
  2. Go to your command line interface to see if it is active and functioning normally.
  3. If online ordering is active and functional, perform a test order.

IShopFood management interface

  1. If the online order is closed, go to your management interface at admin.ishopfood.com.
  2. In the Status and Support section of your branch, perform a connection test.
  3. If the connection test is positive, go to the next step. If the connection test is negative, contact your dealer.
  4. Then go to the online ordering configuration page of your branch, in the services tab. In the Emergency shutdown section, check if the unreachable POS function is set to Yes.
  5. If the Unreachable POS feature is Yes, on your computer desktop, click
  6. on the iShopFood icon (the name may change, but it is the same icon and program).
  7. Check the bottom right of your screen to make sure iShopFood is open and running.


Validate whether the online order is in your POS (under the Employee Online Order) or in the back office. If online ordering is in the POS, please call your POS distributor and not iShopFood support. This is a POS printing issue, not an iShopFood online ordering issue.
