The iShopFood platform's policy is not to process sensitive data , such as bank or credit card information.

Our platform is made as a gateway between your payment processor (Payfacto, Cybersource, etc ...) and IshopFood.

We host our partners (Global, Payfacto ...) in the form of an IFrame to allow your customers to use their payment services when they make the purchase. However, since no transaction passes directly through our portal, we are unable to access the bank references / payments of customers paying online with the services of our partners.

We do not keep any sensitive data on our platform.

 Therefore, we do not have the ability to refund or forward a customer's money directly.

It will always be a question of addressing the payment processors who have all the data necessary for this process. Call your representative, he will show you how to refund, cancel or manage online payment transactions. This can only be done from the administration of your online payment account.
